Good afternoon to those who first learned about our Company and those who have known about us for many years.
Good afternoon to our future partners and those who have been using products of our Company for a number of years.

Almost eight years have passed since the release of the first commercial about NEMP enterprise.

What has changed over the years and what have we achieved?

Most important: our Company has successfully survived all these years; it is actively developing and working on new types of equipment.

What kind of equipment is this?

The needs of the construction technology market continue to develop rapidly and, as a result, set us the tasks of the need to produce new construction equipment.
So, during the analysis of the construction market as well as based on the wishes of our partners with whom we have been working for several years, we found out that the market needs reinforced concrete slabs for strip foundations. Especially the need for these slabs is manifested when conducting construction on soft and water-saturated soils.

What kind of slabs are these?

These are reinforced concrete slabs of heavy concrete for strip foundations of buildings and structures (regulated by GOST 13580-85 as of September 23, 1985).

What is their feature?

These slabs are intended for use:
- in dry and water-saturated soils;
- at the calculated outdoor temperature up to minus 40°C inclusive;
- in buildings and structures with estimated seismicity up to 9 points inclusive;
- in soils and groundwater with a non-aggressive degree of impact on reinforced concrete structures.
It is allowed to use slabs at a calculated outdoor temperature below minus 40°C, as well as in soils and groundwater with an aggressive degree of impact on reinforced concrete structures, subject to the additional requirements established by the design documentation for a particular building or structure.

But how can this be, if in water-saturated soils and in soils with a high groundwater content because of their subsidence, the designers recommend using foundation pads?

In a number of technical documents – Including GOST – it is said:
“Reinforced concrete foundation pads are used in the construction of industrial, residential and public multi-story buildings with heavy walls and reinforced concrete floors. If the building has a basement or ground floor, the construction of strip foundations is necessary. During the construction of strip foundations, FL foundation pads (Strip Foundations) are the main elements that take on the entire load of the building.
FL foundation pads are made in accordance with GOST 13580-85 and are high-tech reinforced concrete structures made of heavy concrete with steel reinforcement. They have high strength, earthquake resistance and resistance to cracking and temperature changes, corrosion resistance.”
Based on the foregoing, the PL foundation pads are none other than reinforced concrete slabs of strip foundations.

What other applications are for foundation pads (or slabs for strip foundations)?

Foundation pads are widely used in the construction of country houses and cottages. They are laid under the inner and outer walls. FL strip foundations must be used when arranging a semi-basement floor, garage or basement under a house.
It is the wide range of use of these slabs and the desire of our Partners to get a modern – and at the same time easy to operate – installation for the manufacture of FL slabs has attracted the attention of our specialists. The designers of our Company have developed and implemented a facility for the production of the abovementioned slabs of strip foundations.

What kind of equipment is this?

Our concrete block machine is intended for the manufacture of reinforced concrete slabs of a strip foundation
 (GOST 13580-85 as of September 23, 1985) by the method of surface moulding with subsequent natural drying.
As in the case of the equipment for the production of FBS foundation blocks, the principle of self-propelled concrete block making machine is taken as a basis – that is, a self-propelled chassis with a hydromechanical propulsion device providing its movement on hard horizontal surfaces in accordance with the production cycle.
When developing this installation, special attention was paid to the maximum simplicity and reliability of components and assemblies, as well as protection against unauthorized interference during the operation of the installation during the process.

Is it possible to learn more about the products manufactured by this equipment?

Our equipment produces slabs of strip foundations of the most requested standard sizes – slabs with a width of 1,000, 1,200, 1,400 and 1,600 mm. These are the most commonly used slabs in construction.
The length of the slabs is from 800 to 2,400 mm.
The standard size of the forms supplied with the concrete machine is negotiated with the Customer.
At the Customer’s request it is possible to complete the machine with moulds for the production of FL slabs of all the above standard sizes.

Is that all this equipment can do?

No, not all.
This model is unified.
This means that at the minimum cost of money and time – namely: without any additional costs, simply replacing the forms on the equipment, one can immediately proceed to the production of the second type of foundation blocks – FBS blocks (UPB-FL).
As in the case of slabs of strip foundations (FL), wall foundation blocks (FBS) can be produced in the most popular standard sizes: 900, 1,200 and 2,400 mm long and 300 mm high.
The time for replacing moulds depends on the type of previously established forms, the qualification of the maintenance staff and it may take from 25 to 45 minutes.

What are the main technical data of the concrete block making machine?

- the time for moulding FBS blocks is from 1.5 to 3 minutes (depending on the standard size and on the qualification of the operator) and, accordingly, from 6 to 10 minutes when moulding FL slabs;
- the design capacity of the installation is up to 15 m3 of concrete mixture per hour in the production of FBS blocks and up to 9 m3/hour in the production of FL slabs;
-strict geometry of shapes and parallelism of the surfaces of the manufactured products;
- minimum number of operational personnel – one operator;
- ease of maintenance and management;
- availability in the territory of all the CIS countries and interchangeability of compounds and assemblies of the installation, as well as elements of the electrical part;
- quick payback of the equipment.
The performance of the concrete block making machine depends on the type and size of the moulded products and will change with the transition from one size of products to another. This is caused by a change in the duration of the product moulding cycle, which, as previously mentioned, can fluctuate in the range of 1.5 – 3 min when moulding FBS blocks and 6 – 1 0 min when moulding FL slabs.

What are the main requirements for the production site?

The simplest:
- a strip with a solid horizontal surface from 50 to 100 meters. For the most efficient use of the installation, the availability of 4 such strips is necessary;
- the machine power is 380 Volts with power consumption up to 11 kW;
- uninterrupted supply of concrete mix.

Why did you need this concrete block equipment?

For builders, this machine allows to reduce by several times the time and money costs for the delivery of foundation slabs due to their production in the immediate vicinity of the construction site.
For example: the mass of a strip foundation slab with a width of 1,000 mm and a length of 2,380 mm is 1 ton 380 kg, and a slab with a width of 1,600 mm with the same length is 2 tons 150 kg.
It is not necessary to have a special mathematical education to calculate the cash costs of loading and unloading, delivery of the design number of slabs to the construction site; the number of vehicles of the corresponding carrying capacity.
In this case, it is not possible to calculate the time costs – they depend on the workload of the plant’s production facilities, its remoteness from the construction site, the carrying capacity of vehicles and a lot of other factors.
In turn, for manufacturers of reinforced concrete products, our installation allows you to:
- expand the range of products due to minimal costs;
- reduce the time of the process;
- reduce the need for a large number of engineering facilities and equipment (moulds of various sizes, vibration tables, steaming chambers);
- and, as follows from all of the above, significantly reduce the cost of production.

Is that all that the Company has done over the years?

The designers of our Company continued to improve our equipment for the production of FBS blocks. A 7th generation concrete block making machine is being produced; during the release of the first presentation video, a 4th generation installation was being produced. In the machine of the 7th generation, we have further optimized the “price – quality” and “simplicity – reliability” ratio.
This has been achieved with a number of changes:
The process of loading concrete mixture has been changed and improved. If previously the amount of concrete mixture to be loaded was determined visually and regulated by loading gates, now the loading process is carried out by means of a loading carriage. This allows you to accurately submit the required amount of concrete mixture to completely fill the moulds (or mould) and to avoid oversleeping, which saves both the loading time of the moulds and the time of the entire technological process.
The equipment has modernized vibrators with improved ergonomic performance.
For more uniform compaction of the concrete mixture, 4 vibrators are installed on the mould (instead of the earlier 2 ones). Vibrators are mounted symmetrically on the mould, in places most suitable for optimal and uniform action on the mixture being compacted. These places were determined not only by the method of technical calculations, but also empirically during the constant study and analysis of the operation of machines of previous generations.
This innovation not only improved the uniformity of concrete compaction, but also reduced the compaction time. Together with the previously mentioned changes, this has significantly improved the overall performance of the concrete block machine.
The use of more vibrators did not entail an increase in the mass of the equipment and the amount of power consumed. If two vibrators previously installed on the mould had a total mass of 80 kg and consumed 3 kW, now the mass of 4 vibrators is 48 kg and the power consumption is 2.0 kW. Moreover, the working life (in machine hours) of the installed vibrators is 30% higher than that of previously used ones.
In order to increase the process reliability, manually operated hydraulic distribution valves of a new type are used in all the concrete machines manufactured by our Company.
We draw attention to the fact that when developing a set of measures aimed at reducing the time of the production cycle and increasing the productivity of the equipment – which in turn reduces the payback time of the concrete block making machines - the specialists of our Company paid special attention to such key aspects as:
- maximum safety of the installation staff;
- comprehensive protection against unauthorized interference with the machine during the technological process;
- simplicity and reliability of components and assemblies, their availability.

What is your relationship with concrete products manufacturers?

Over a long period of time, our Company has been working both with large manufacturers of reinforced concrete products and with small enterprises. All these years, we have been monitoring the features of the operation of our concrete block making machines in various climatic zones, giving recommendations for their operation. We try to take into account the needs of manufacturers of reinforced concrete products; their wishes and suggestions related to the quality of our equipment.

The key milestones of this long-lasting collaboration are:
current release of the modernized concrete block making machine for the production of 7th generation FBS blocks with improved ergonomic indicators.

Moulds for the production of FBS-3, -4, -5, -6 with a length of 900 mm and a height of 580 mm were added to the set of previously manufactured machines. At the Customer’s request, it is also possible to complete with moulds for the production of FBS-3, -4, -5, -6 blocks 600 mm long with a height of 580 mm. 
By combining today the tasks dictated by the construction market and taking into account the wishes of our Partners and Customers, we are completing the development and will soon offer an concrete making machine for the production of precast lintels of various sizes, purposes and applications.

Our cooperation is not limited to concrete products manufacturers. We also work with a number of research institutes and expert centres. The main issue of this cooperation is the use of various grades of steel in our machines with increased requirements for strength and wear resistance. This is due to the fact that our equipment operate in various climatic zones and regions with different temperature conditions.

The simplicity of equipment, its insignificant energy intensity, the ability to easily switch to the manufacture of products of various sizes, minimum transport operations, competitive prices for products – all this is offered by our Company.

Our concrete block making machines (both the models for FBS production and the model for FL slabs production) with relatively small overall dimensions, with low operating costs and low costs for production sites make it possible to:
- get a high output of finished products at 1 m2 of production area;
- manufacture products with minimal capital investment compared to the traditional methods;
- significantly save the cost of transportation of finished products by determining the rational radius of transportation of these products. This is due to the possibility of closer placement of production sites for FBS and FL slabs moulding to the facilities under construction.
- The design features of our concrete block making machines also allow us to quickly change equipment and switch to moulding from one type of product to another without additional costs.

Is that all the Company can offer?

We continue to develop the range of products manufactured in accordance with individual drawings, projects, and even in accordance with Customer’s sketches. 
Enterprises of furniture industry, woodworking, enterprises producing metal-plastic products, food industry and a lot others are among our partners.
The range of output of single products is also constantly expanding. So, for example, we have finished work on the release of a machine for cutting cardboard sleeves. This machine is widely used in various sectors of modern production and was exclusively developed by the Designers of our Company taking into account the Customer’s production features and needs.

What else can be said about the Company?

All these years, our Company continued to improve and develop.
We have significantly expanded production facilities, commissioned a number of new technological areas. One of these areas is the site of the component assembly of equipment, where the main components of the machines and plants are assembled and tested before they are mounted on the equipment we produce.

The welding equipment is fully updated; the welding stations are expanded; their technological equipment was replaced. 
Now we are engaged in the modernization of the machine park of our enterprise.

By this we strive to improve the quality of our products and increase their reliability even at the initial production stage; increase the durability of the equipment.
