The machine for welding of pile frames is designed for automatic welding of spatial frames of precast reinforced concrete one-piece piles of solid section 300x300, 350x350 of non-tensioning reinforcement in accordance with GOST 19804.1-79, using steel of AI and AII class as longitudinal reinforcement in accordance with GOST 5781-82 for piles 3 to 9 meters long inclusive, and steel of AIII class in accordance with GOST 5781-82 for piles 10 to 14 meters long, using wire of BP-1 class with a diameter of 4 – 5 mm as transverse reinforcement.
Pile cage welding machine SKS-30/35 is universal and it allows replacing guides to produce more than 50 types of spatial frames.
Pile cage welding machine is controlled by one operator, the automatic change of the winding wire step, the carriage stops at the end of the frame welding, automatic disconnection of the contact welding occurs.
